Can't Say No

As a mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend we do sooooooooooooooo much. Why because we can't say the word NO. It doesn't seem to matter what we have going on in our own world... we'll just add to it. The people around us know that we're capable of getting the job done; under any circumstance. I know being Superwoman, it comes with tons of powers but were they designed to make everyone else's life easier or to better ourselves. The truth is we're all here to help one another not carry them through another one.
